The Bioportal Single Cells

The Bioportal Single Cells assists scientists in the planning and realization of single cell experiments, including information on ethical votes, data protection, sequencing, and data storage.

We help with the assembly of retrospective clinical cohorts of pathology materials, and provide pseudonymized patient data in accordance with data protection guidelines.

We offer single cell analyses of snap-frozen and FFPE tissue, and work with all relevant core facilities to provide an integrated service workflow from sample to data management. The service is available to the entire BIH/Charité/MDC faculty, and also to external customers.
